Special Projects

ULCC is involved in a wide range of special projects in many areas of research technology. Projects are funded by a wide range of sources, including JISC, the European Union and individual customers.

Current projects include:

  • BlogForever, a collaborative EU funded project. Its key objective is to┬ádevelop robust digital preservation, management and dissemination facilities for weblogs.
  • JISC Web Archiving: we provides support for the JISC as part of its activities for the British Library UK Web Archive.
  • House Of Books: we contribute to the international House Of Books project for Iraq, aimed at safeguarding and restoring the heritage damaged and destroyed in Baghdad during recent wars.
